The core beliefs we hold, examined or not, are what create the outcomes of our lives. Often we find ourselves in stuck points, where growth is becoming stagnant, and all known means of problem solving are not creating the desired outcome. In knowing what we believe about ourselves and others, we can move past our limitations.

Prior to returning to school and earning multiple degrees in psychology and counseling, I spent many years in non-profit work as Development Director, and then Executive Director for Meals on Wheels. Development, branding, personal and corporate communication, and relationship development are areas in life which provide great passion and inspiration.

Having always had the desire to enable others to live their fullest lives possible, my passion for wisdom and understanding, and my desire for my own personal growth, led me to gain as much insight into human behavior as possible. As a result of my continued education, I have had the wonderful experience of being exposed to, and taught by, some of the foremost authorities on our minds and how they work, our hearts and what they hold within, and our souls and what can be learned when we search within ourselves.

I believe investing in ourselves is the wisest investment we can offer ourselves, and the abundance of this gift will carry to each and every aspect of our lives. I also believe the skills I have developed as a result of my therapeutic training are of endless value, and realize these gifts are to be shared outside of the traditional role of therapy, and are as effective in the role of coaching. 

Understanding each client is unique, my approach is highly individualized and focuses on the specific needs of the client. My ideal clients include those in the process of identity development, personal or spiritual development or recovery, needing guidance in family crisis, wanting to learn to uncover their personal belief systems and master their mind/thinking, and women who want to explore what intimacy means in their lives.
